Why does this app need location services on all the time? Please change this to only when the app is open. Also, the app needs easier navigation to a simple best upgrade option.

The Add to Passbook feature no longer works.

The app was great until the latest update. It will no longer add tickets to the Passbook / Wallet.

I have been using the MLB At the Ballpark app since it was released. Ive been very happy with it until the last update. I am not able to add my tickets to my Apple Passbook. Since the Dodgers do mobile ticketing, this is going to be a convenience issue. Please take a look at the update and fix it so I can give it the 5 stars it usually deserves.

Location always on is a waste - give us the option for only when using. Social links to FB or Twitter buggy/not working. Says Ive okd the linking but doesnt hold the settings. Sent me a 1st check-in game of the season offer today... But its clearly not my 1st checked-in game this year.

Really enjoy this new MLB app. Great stuff being able to see where everything is in the stadium as well as being shown players Twitter accounts for easy following.

Im unable to transfer my KC Royals tickets to Apple Passbook. Was able to do last season. Please fix.

I love most of the features once I can use the app, but it requires that location be Always On instead of When Using App. It is an extra several steps every time I check in because I have to change the location setting, go to the app, check in, change the location setting back. Would be much easier if you would just make this change!

Will not load tickets that were digitally delivered. We got lucky and the attendant let us through but was that close to not getting in on opening day. MLB needs to fix this. Dont like the layout either

I always loved having all my season tickets in my apple wallet. I could collect them over the years and show them to folks. It was also incredibly convenient. Now thats gone (Indians). Major customer disappointment. Please fix

It requires you sign up for an account just to look at a concession map. And the mlb website hides the map on mobile to push this horrible thing.

Scanning Compadres e-cash opens Applepay. Major issue scanning.

Not an intuitive interface for finding locations in the map. Once I found the ability to change what I was looking for within the stadium, was disappointed to find that there was no information under menu listings. Would like to see the app be completed. Not sure if that is the fault of the stadium or the app developer, but it should be resolved. Sad that it may not actually be helpful.

Thia app simply does not work

Cant add My Tickets to Apple Passbook. Prior versions worked fine.

Havent been able to use it after I initially set it up. No matter what I do its always just "thinking". Its totally useless & a very frustrating app!

Can’t add mobile tickets to Apple Wallet, screen just flashes and does nothing. Really makes this app worse than useless since I can’t get into Kauffman Stadium with my season ticket without a mobile ticket. FIX THIS MLB.

I have been using this app since the separated it from the MLB At Bat app several years ago. The latest update is using more data than in the past. Surprised when my my ticket was still on display after I placed iPhone 6s Plus back in case. The screen did not turn off after at least 20 minutes since last use. Never had a sleep prevention issue with any other app before. Using location services all the time except when using app. Tickets can no longer be added to passbook and you have to be connected to the Internet to display tickets because they are not saved in the app.

I just want a park map but I have to agree to have my location tracked ALL WAYS and I have to create an account. Its a terrible idea. Why create a high barrier to use the app? I just want to enjoy a day at the ball game.

The ADD TO PASSBOOK option is not functional and has to be resolved immediately!!!
