Great App

Fantastic

Fantastic app

I love this apps Journal feature. It was great entering in all of my past baseball games and seeing the team records. Ive had no trouble checking in at 3 different ballparks to this point. It usually gives you a few coupons for the ballpark as well. I like that it shows you the different foods at each ballpark and also has some of the cant miss things to do at ballparks you dont usually visit. Great app!

Great update!

Great update. I love the seat map and view option. Its also very user friendly. Some good improvements on an already awesome app!

Great App

Ive been using this for seat upgrades and promotions in various ballparks. Really great user experience.

Unhappy with functionality and crashes

I was "forced" to use this app with my season tickets this year and have found it extremely difficult to perform the tasks - like ticket management - on the mobile app that I am used to being able to do. The linking of accounts is not intuitive and requires several steps and my rewards program which is linked, seems to crash the app each time I launch it. It is very frustrating. I have resorted to using the desktop version of the teams software instead.

Ballpark

I just got this app, but from what Ive heard its great! I wish other sports had something like this.

Great for tracking!

App works great. Best feature is the journal that tracks the games and ball parks you attend.

Cant login

I tried to login with my email and password, but I couldnt, so I tried changing the password, but the email I got to change it said that I didnt even have an account, which I know isnt true, because of previous emails Ive gotten for making a account with the mlb! Please fix this, thanks.

Whats the deal?

Why are the Royals the only team without a stadium map? It seems like there was one last year.

Passbook support..?

Downloaded the app under the pretense that it had Apple Passbook support, but that wasnt the case.

Dont bother

Im sure its cute, and maybe fun while at a game, but if you want to buy tickets, it uses the same, lame web app as the equally lame Ticketmaster app and site. MLB should do better given the huge money spent on these games. Disgraceful is the best word to use.

Needs Apple Watch support

Love the app. Enjoy going back during the offseason and reliving the fun of the summer. The only thing I would love to see is Apple Watch support for check in & spring training ballparks added to the teams and a way to link the minor leagues to it also.

Cant even log in

Ive done 2 password resets and I cant log in at all with my account number or my email. Worthless if I cant use it.

Location Services leach!

I love this app, its great for tracking my ball park travels; however, it only allows you to either allow nonstop location services or none. There is a third option for many other apps that use location only when you use the app, this app seems to want to know my location at all times! Please fix it so I can enjoy this app as it was intended

Perfect, just one tweak

This app is near perfect. Great for guiding yourself around stadiums and locating what you need. The check ins are cool so you can relive the games youve been to. My one request to make it better would be to add other baseball events held at stadiums to check in. For example, I went to the All Star Game this year. I checked into All Star Sunday, but it slipped my mind to check into the Home Run Derby. After the fact, you can check into games, but not past events like the Derby. This sounds petty, but this very minor tweak would make the app absolutely perfect.

Cant find my seat

How can an app about ballparks not show you where your seat is?

Mobile ticketing is problematic

Ive used several different apps for mobile tickets for events, but this is the absolute worst. Just setting up a ticket account and then linking it to an MLB account is clunky and laborious. Way harder than it needs to be.

Ugh

Closed on me right when I was near the entrance. I had to get back in line at the back. Im so frustrated. Not the developer fault

Not so good

I got through everything OK: I downloaded the app, created an account, and my tickets were listed. But, the one thing I needed the app for which was to have the tickets available to scan at the entrance, said ticket unavailable. Extremely frustrating, as that was the entire reason for downloading the app, and there was no explanation anywhere as to WHY the ticket was unavailable

Great for Paperless Entry

Im not sure if the bad reviews here are due to user error or a past version of the app not performing well, but it worked perfectly for me at Petco shortly after the All-Star break. All I had to do was sign into the same MLB.com account I used to buy the tickets and they automatically showed up on this app. From there it was as simple as bringing them up on my phone and scanning them at the ballpark entry. Couldnt be much easier, and much better than the print tickets at home option.
