Wont accept my protocols

Entire process was extremely horrible.

Absolutely no reason this app needs to have access to my location all the time. Add the option to know the location only when using the app. Quit being nosey.

I always loved having all my season tickets in my apple wallet. I could collect them over the years and show them to folks. It was also incredibly convenient. Now thats gone (Indians). Major customer disappointment. Please fix

1. It would be nice if they added the ability to check in to spring training games (and/or minor league parks). Right now this is limited to regular season games at MLB ballparks only. 2. Checking in at several MLB ballparks is seemingly impossible; the app simply doesnt load inside the parks (is wifi mandatory?). If theres nothing that can be done to boost the signal/performance, please allow us to save our seat/section information during post check-in. Aside from that, this app is getting better with each upgrade and bug fix. Thanks!

This app is constantly breaking. Im am forced to use this horrendous piece of software to access my MLB season tickets. The Add to Apple Wallet feature always breaks. It is slow to open and get your tickets when you do get connected. It never remembers my logins. I have to close the app for it to load my MLB login then reopen again. Trash trash. Please MLB unhinge us from the gallow you call At The Ballpark!!!

Why does Add to Wallet break every time IOS gets an update? Season ticket holders must use this app for electronic tickets but every season MLB is unprepared for the known IOS updates. How can that be for a multi-billion dollar industry?

Great work by MLB team. Love the seat upgrade feature.

Each club seems to support this a little differently. When the club sees value, the fan wins. Connects automatically to Wifi in the stadium, and provides discounts and info about amenities and services.

Lotsa good info and Im sure the app will get better as time goes on

Food delivery for when I attend games. Stadium check ins that log my game history. Very cool app!

App works great for checking into games and adding new ballparks to the journey. 1 major issue is not option to add tickets to Apple wallet. My home team (Rockies) uses ticketmaster and have no issue quickly accessing the tickets from lock screen. When I went to Tampa (Rays), had to open the app and their Rays card, which uses same technology as Apple wallet, kept opening my Apple wallet when trying to scan tickets, took longer than necessary to get in, very frustrating. Had similar issue in Philly (Phillies). Its a great feature to be able to scan tickets on phone, for example, we originally had tickets for Saturday game, but shortly after arriving in Tamp decided to go to game Friday night too, since we didnt have access to printer would of not been able to purchase tickets. Please allow tickets to be added to Apple wallet.

How can you write an app to inform fans about ballparks and not even provide seating plans. Try buying a ticket and inquire about the details and you get section and row information. Provide this information on a seating map of the ballpark and I may buy.

Great app and with the newest update, you hit it out of the park!

Great app, but I wish you could add previous games to your list without having to check in. I forgot my phone when I went to a couple of stadiums so I couldnt "check in". Id like to add these games to my list in the app.

Why is there no Map or Directory for the Toronto Blue Jays ballpark? Seems all the other ballparks have this feature enabled. Disappointed!

Fantastic app. The only complaint? Would love to have the ability to go back before 2005. Other than that, just awesome!

One major issue with this app. Was hoping to listen to the live broadcast at the Blue Jays game tonight, but the audio lag time makes this impossible. The supposed live feed is 8 pitches behind. I would have given this app a 5 star rating, but if this is not fixed, I will be asking for a refund.
