Horrible user experience. Needs addressing IMMEDIATELY.

THIS APP IS ATROCIOUS. Since most MLB teams now only offer digital tickets, this is a huge concern, especially when many of the Wi-Fi and LTE networks around the stadiums are jammed.

This app is nearly worthless. I had to wait in the longest, slowest line of all time to get my tickets printed at one of the five open windows on opening night in KC.

Not only that, but Ive tweeted, emailed and called MLB, but no one can give any guidance as to why we have to use this crappy app.

I cant even add the tickets to my apple passbook. Infuriating customer experience. Please fire the person responsible for this.
