Mobile ticketing feature needs revamping

The app itself looks great, but I couldnt get it to do what I downloaded it for. Im going to an As spring training game today, and I cant get the tickets to appear in my app so I dont have to print them out to attend the game (which I ended up doing anyway after about 20 minutes of frustration). Im a D-Backs fan, so I selected the D-Backs as my favorite team upon downloading the app. I go to check my ticket account and see that I dont have any D-Backs tickets in my wallet. So I go back, select the As as my favorite team, go to the wallet, login to my As account (which I didnt even know I had) and find that the tickets arent in the wallet, even though I added them using the MLB website on my computer.

I should just be able to buy tickets - no matter who my team is - have them automatically added to my wallet, fire up the app, have a very easy to locate "tickets" button to click on, and find all the tickets Ive ever purchased through the MLB. I consider myself to be pretty technology savvy and I couldnt figure it out. Lets make this app more user friendly guys.
